We at OYlalakids are happy to assist you with making a return or exchange. Here are all the details you need to know about the how-to’s. Any further information you need please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- All returned item/s must be unused and in their original packaging. They must be returned within 14 days (post dated) of purchase date for store credit only. A full refund will only be issued if the item is defective and/or damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returnable items (for store credit) include: full priced items that are in new, sealable condition (i.e. has not been worn, washed or altered in any way. All original tags are attached.) We are not able to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Exchanges – shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- All sales items are FINAL SALE
- Cancelled orders will incur a $5 fee deducted from the refund if paying via PayPal, this is due to the fee we pay PayPal to accept this form of payment no longer being returned to us from PayPal when orders are cancelled.
Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Please include a note with further instructions (ie exchange for a different size, store credit etc.) and if it is for an exchange please send us an email so we can invoice you for additional shipping charges.
