SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Who will ship my items?

We mainly use USPS first class and priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

For international shipping we use USPS First Class International.

If you need your item shipped sooner please email us beforehand and we can discuss additional shipping costs.

Please kindly note that we are unable to deliver to an address that includes a PO Box number.

 

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We work hard to dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours.

US  - Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days from dispatch

InternationalDelivery will normally take 7-10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination

You will be notified who your parcel has been sent via email or the details you provided at the checkout.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

We are a small independent business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.

Customs delays - Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. 

 

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be calculated at Checkout according to weight

Orders under 5lb = $5.90

International Shipping – $20 (depending on weight)

Orders over $75 - FREE SHIPPING within the US

 

Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers outside of the USA will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

We charge you for your order in US Dollars. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. 

 

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

Please contact us by email: hello@oylalakids.com if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.

 

Other Import Information

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.
